Facility Event Coordinators Janelle and Krista are both professional and tuned into every detail of the event; always a step-ahead for whatever needs adjusting or refining. The facility provides beautiful settings for ceremonies and receptions; the main ballroom is the perfect size for a small-to-medium-sized event, with their fold-away glass wall facing the grandeur of Lake Tahoe. The picture of the fire pit is just one of the gorgeous views from the main ballroom. And, lodging is first class; packaging party and hotel accommodations together.

We’ve been invited to perform at the annual Fountains First Friday for the last 8 years. Usually, you can find us getting everybody boogying in the streets with a setup right in the center of everything, MCing car shows, celebrities, contests, local talent performing, all clean sound vibes on one of our state of the art Meyer sound systems. Family fun crowds of around 3,000 with oldies to today’s music. The summer series starts in May.

Just outside Sacramento in Newcastle lies a secret treasure for those looking for a beautiful picturesque setting for small, intimate weddings from 50 – 150 guests. The wedding ceremony overlooks the lovely rolling hills of Auburn, and just down the pathway is the large outdoor patio with unlimited options for entertainment. The venue boasts charming seating areas around fire pits, the Tuscan style pool, and lots of manicured grounds for your guests to wander. Mike who owns and runs the place is amazing to work with, staying for the entire event to ensure every detail is addressed and ensuring the client is happy. A great place for a celebration!

Lake Wildwood is a gated resort community nestled in the foothills of Penn Valley and Rough and Ready communities. The newly built clubhouse is not your typical facility, with its inviting grand entrance, lively pub, and grand ballroom overlooking the perfectly manicured golf course. The facilities are a great design for around 200 guests, with Alex the banquets manager involved in every detail of your celebration. Facility pricing is reasonable for high-level service and delicious food. Come check out this hidden gem, where DJ Dale with All-Star DJ Group is a regular performer.

The event planners and friendly staff are well experienced with the many facets involved in hosting a flawless event, from weddings to class reunions. AllStar DJ Group performs at the Ritz-Carlton Resort at North Shore often because it’s a popular destination we love to recommend to out-of-state and international clients. Every time we perform at this venue, we’re impressed by the friendly and helpful staff and savory dishes that are always beautifully presented. The resort is spectacular with beautiful banquet rooms and gorgeous grounds. We recently helped facilitate a Star Wars wedding with lightsabers and all. We also performed a Hobbit-themed wedding on the beautiful patio and a lively Hobbit reception in one of their main banquet rooms complete with costumes and eloquent speechless to match. The Ritz-Carlton Resort at North Shore lends a special magic quality for any type of event you can dream up.

If you are looking for a venue with beautiful gardens, groomed grass clearings, a lovely ceremony spot under giant mature trees, and a relaxed tranquil setting where everything is centrally placed, this is the place for you. This is one of our favorite places to perform, because of the friendly staff, and easygoing charm that makes it ideal for outdoor weddings and celebrations that can accommodate 80-150 people. Location, location, location! The venue is just outside of Sacramento and is easy to get to off Highway 80, but far enough removed to make it a real retreat.

Another favorite venue we love to perform is the Catta Verdera Country Club. The outdoor ceremony area with its dramatic bridal entrance overlooks the stunning grounds, which is a short walk to the main facility. The beautiful banquet room is spacious and inviting and adjoins the large outdoor patio that overlooks the golf course. The food is always delicious and the staff is accommodating and friendly. This is a stunning facility, with an easy layout for keeping the party moving and your guests engaged.

The Beach Retreat and Lodge is one of the family’s favorite places to stay when we perform events in Lake Tahoe, because of the friendly staff, the beautiful lake views, and the festive decorations during the Christmas season (one of our favorite times to visit). We have performed several events here, and have found the staff responsive, well-organized, and helpful, which always makes the events go smoothly.

The events are held in the ballroom that is adjacent to the beach, overlooking the gorgeous scenery of Lake Tahoe, as well as the large tent that is just yards away from the beach. We usually perform 6 to 8 weddings a year at this beautiful and recently remodeled resort. The newly built hotel makes this resort a must-try, with its luxurious accommodations, coffee bar, and sports lounge, which are steps from the beach and adjacent to the main resort. The South Room and the very large North Room, are gorgeous ballrooms that can accommodate just about every type of event. The grassy wedding area directly outside the North Room overlooks the lake, with beautiful mountain scenery for the picture-perfect setting. From wedding to reception, the easy transitions, and flawless coordination, makes this one of our favorite facilities to perform at. Moreover, the staff and service are first class, and the food is always delicious.
